During Treatment
Your case manager will work with you on securing community resources during your Outpatient Treatment at Vinland Center. These resources include:
- Health insurance
- Social Security
- Social services
- Medical services
A huge part of staying sober is finding new activities you enjoy that do not involve alcohol or drug use. Vinland staff provide opportunities for wellness, and nutrition, all intended to help you on your journey of recovery.
Continuing Treatment
After completing our Outpatient program, many people will continue with their recovery through the recommendations of the collaborative treatment program.
After Treatment
Your case manager will work with you on securing community resources by the time you leave Vinland Center Outpatient Services. These resources include:
- Housing
- Support groups
- Rehabilitation services
- Vocational services
- Mental health services
- Fitness and wellness
