Vinland’s fiscal year 2011 (October 1, 2010 – September 30, 2011) was a strong year of overall growth, despite setbacks caused by Minnesota’s state government shutdown last July. We continued to expand our geographic area served, and participation in our complementary care services continued to grow.

2011 Program Highlights
Among chemical health clients:
- 92% reduction in incarcerations among program graduates based on an eight year average.
- 80% of program graduates report abstinence or reduced use six months post treatment.
- 71% of program graduates report an improvement in their quality of life.
Outpatient Chemical Health Program opened new location in Northeast Minneapolis in February 2011.
Therapeutic Exercise Program participants reported on average a 33% reduction in chronic pain levels after completing the program.
