Vinland Announces First Annual Winter Walkabout
January 28, 2010 - Vinland is pleased to announce the First Annaul Winter Walkabout, a fundraiser for Vinland Center. The event will be held at the Vinland Lakeside Chalet on Saturday, February 27.
Highlights of the day's events include:
- Guided snowshoeing and hiking on three trails.
- Delicious hot meal inside a heated tent.
- Listen to live Scandinavian music performed by Skålmusik and learn some simple folk dances.
- Sit by our lakeside bonfire while sipping hot cocoa.
